How To Tell a Story
To tell a story, you only need to answer 6 questions. You need to tell us who did what and why, and how they did what they did, when and where. You can answer each question one by one, or you can answer multiple questions with fewer sentences. For example, I woke up really early this morning for a quick Zoom call with my team only to find out the meeting is tomorrow. That's the story.
It also applies in the business world. Telling a story does not need to be only in social or informal settings. To be articulate and get your point across, you should tell the story so your audience understands who did what and why, and how they did what they did, when, and where. Your audience may also need to know what happens or what should happen next. Mind mapping your story around these six questions will make your story clear and complete.
